Most organisations may have IT System or Hardware Support, but many these days do not have End User Software Support. We provide a solution to this by acting as a virtual IT Helpdesk, specifically geared towards assisting End Users in completing daily tasks using their business software tools. Generally, this support is directed at Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Access, but can also include client’s ERP/CRM/AIS software.
Our service is charged on a time used basis in 15 minute increments, to resolve End User issues. Examples of the support we provide range from the Migration of complicated Excel spreadsheets and Word templates to newer versions, helping new staff to understand how something is working, and providing maternity cover on weekly reporting.
